Christians Against Poverty
Christians Against Poverty offers help for those struggling with the burden of debt.
Christians Against Poverty is a national debt counselling charity with a network of debt centres based in local churches. CAP offers hope and a solution to people in debt through its top quality, in-depth service.
Grace Church Thame has partnered with CAP to offer debt counselling in our community. You don't have to be a Christian to receive help from CAP and the service we offer is completely free.
Call 0800 328 0006 to book an appointment with Thame Debt Centre.

CAP is able to offer a telephone-based service during the Covid-19 epidemic for new clients. Despite this change, they will continue to provide a holistic, personal service for every client. Once it is safe to do so and following Government guidelines they will look to resume face-to-face home visits.
If you are struggling with debt then please ring 0800 328 0006 and ask for an appointment with your local debt centre. CAP offers free debt advice and support so please do call so we can assist you.
‘CAP are unsurpassed when it comes to the debt help they give people across the country. There’s nothing better to start you on the path to having more money in your pocket.’ - Martin Lewis, Money Saving Expert
